The "Eye In the Sky" appears to be a sphere about a half-meter in diameter held aloft by maglev generators.  It is primarily used by police departments to patrol city streets and to report problems to emergency reaction forces.  The robot is too expensive for most mercenary units, but some state militaries use it as a combat scout, believing it to be more expendable than a soldier.
