Magical weapons in Advanced Dungeons & Dragons range in power from +1 to +6, and many have additional powers.  Each weapon will be dealt with individually, but certain conversions are common to all of these weapons.

AD&D Bonus House Rules Hit Difficulty Modifier House Rules Damage Modifier
+1 -1 ×2
+2 -1 ×3
+3 -2 ×4
+4 -2 ×5
+5 -3 ×6
+6 -3 ×7
