Chain Link Fencing

Description

Chain Link Fencing is a common method of "walling off" areas.  It can be built up to 6 meters high (though 3 meters or less is more common).  Razor or barbed wire strands can be added along the top at no extra cost to prevent easy passage over the fencing.

An individual can climb chain link fencing up to two meters per turn.  If there is razor or barbed wire at the top it will take 1D6 turns to negotiate it, with the character taking 1D6 hits per turn to a random hit location.

A character with wire cutters can cut a hole in the fence large enough for a person to slip through in 3D6 turns.
