Stalking is the urban equivalent of
Tracking. It involves following a
quarry that typically does not want to be followed. But instead of looking for
prints and droppings, the stalker is skilled at judging the quarry's path by
watching for unconscious signs from bystanders, gauging distances to alleys,
peering into shadows, and the like. Characters adept at
Tracking can substitute that skill
for Stalking at one difficulty level higher than normal.
