lives. In addition to quickly assimilating the differing rhythms and
priorities of other societies, the character is able to adapt to these
patterns without prejudice, and work efficiently within them, and with
members of those societies.
This skill, in conjunction with
Language (Linguistics),
is crucial to the effective contact with new cultures or species.
Within his or her own society, a
person with Liaison skill could work effectively as a public
relations flack, although mere
Act/Bluff skill is
usually sufficient for this vocation.
