This is the ability to obtain information
from people. Primarily, Interrogation involves asking the right
questions and correctly interpreting the responses. It does not only
include interrogation of unwilling persons, but also of confused
witnesses, and even of sources who don't realize how much they
really know. Interrogation may include psychological
intimidation and manipulation, but does not include torture.
