This skill indicates an ability to drive vehicles
that move on the ground with friction-based systems. It is a
cascade, allowing selection of Legged Vehicle, Wheeled Vehicle or
Tracked Vehicle. It also allows knowledge of basic forms of
maintenance of these vehicles, such as changing tires, tracks,
filters, and oil.
