The individual has been trained in the
art of naval operations. Fleet Tactics is used in command of two or more
starships.
This skill may be used to
predict where an opposing fleet commander has placed his forces, and
how they might be deployed. This is an uncertain, Difficult task if
the opposing commander has the same skill level as the character,
and increases in difficulty one level for each level of Fleet
Tactics skill (not asset) that the opponent has over the character's
level.
This skill also provides
advantages in the resolution of starship combat.
